Na'vi, in the sci-fi blockbuster "Avatar" may appear to be just a 10 foot, blue toned, tree dweller at first sight...but anyone who has seen James Cameron's hit movie got the chance to look closer into the warrior princess's soul and see that she is a woman just like any other. Every woman knows the importance of having her own signature scent, it is how you leave a everlasting memory of yourself. Na'vi without a doubt was aware of this, and Avon has bottled up her signature scent in a new fragrance called Eternal Magic. Zoe Saldana, the Hollywood starlet who played the part of Na'vi, is the new face of the scent, which, according to the company press release, "takes inspiration from the rare Princess Monaco Rose."
Saldana joins a long line of high-profile actresses who have also landed endorsement deals with Avon, such as Reese Witherspoon, Jenifer Hudson, and Courtney Cox.Avon North America President Geralyn Breig said of Zoe, "Every woman wants to be unforgettable and Zoe perfectly embodies that feeling. She's a rising star in Hollywood-and has built a strong reputation for playing empowering characters that leave a lasting impression."
Saldana's amazing performance in Avatar definitely left an impression on us, and showed us what true woman power looks like.
