To promote colon cancer awareness month, the American Cancer Society has announced the launch of its Tag2Nag campaign.
The Facebook campaign encourages users to tag friends and family members over the age of 50 to promote a message of prevention.
According to the society's press release, if everyone over the age of 50 participated in preventative screening, deaths from this disease would fall by half. This would roughly equate to saving 25,000 lives a year.
The graphic above is an example of the prevention messages that will flood Facebook this month.
