Oh Katy Perry, why must your wardrobe choices be so consistently unfortunate? While I applaud your effort to dress more conservatively today for the Jean-Charles de Castelbajac fashion show in Paris, this head-to-toe striped dress is hurting my eyes a bit — and since you asked, the blue wig and red heels are not helping.
