It has been reported that MySpace will be undergoing a massive redesign over the next few months, and this announcement is further supported by the appointment of Rosabel Tao as PR Chief.
As MySpace's official press release details, Tao's official title will be Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications.
Although only time will tell what and how much of a role Tao will play in the company's redesign, this appointment certainly makes it clear that MySpace is taking all steps necessary to reformulate its public relations strategy.
According to MySpace's official press release, Tao's recent history focused on companies at the intersection of media and technology. Before this appointment, Tao was working on her own consulting firm, but before that, she was the VP of Corporate Communications for Spot Runner.
