NBC announced today that “Friday Night Lights” star Adrianne Palicki is going to be playing the role of Wonder Woman in David E. Kelley’s reboot of the popular 1970s series.
Kelley, who is the writer behind “Boston Legal,” still hasn’t finished the script for “Wonder Woman,” which is set to be part of their lineup for the fall.
Lynda Carter, the actress who played the original Wonder Woman, showed her support on Twitter with a tweet that read, "Congratulations Adrianne!"
