(MSC President Malvar and Congressman Velasco)The annual PASUC Olympics for regions IV-A & B, was held from January 30 - Feb 4, and was hosted by the Romblon State University. Marinduque State College athletes accompanied by its officials traveled to Odiongan, Romblon to compete with the different state colleges and universities from Calabarzon and Mimaropa regions.
The MSC athletes did come home with golds, silvers and bronzes from the various sports competitions, good enough reason for the entire college to give them a warm welcome back to the campus.
Congressman Lord Allan Velasco was invited as guest. The young solon articulated his commitment to support MSC's educational and infra programs, provide incentives to deserving athletes and partner closely with the college's sports development activities.
