As we noted last week, the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club sued Alexander McQueen, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Zappos.com for trademark infringement.
It has been announced today that McQueen has agreed to remove the items with the skull and wings from sites and stores and will also recall all items sold and destroy them.
