Diane von Furstenberg has impacted the fashion industry with her unique visions. However, being just a fashion designer won’t cut it. Diane has bigger plans for this coming June. She will be remodeling a few rooms for the Claridge hotel in London. A favorite of Kate Moss and the late Alexander McQueen, Claridge is one of the most prestigious hotels in the world. We will definitely be seeing a reflection of Diane’s designs within the rooms that she remodels; a lot of color and prints. When asked why she chose the Claridge over any other hotel, she replied with, “One of my fondest memories was when I was in London as a young, independent businesswoman and stayed at Claridge’s. I knew I had made it,” said the designer. “To me, Claridge’s is the most glamorous hotel in the world; I regard it as my home away from home.” Could this be a start to Diane von Furstenberg Home Furnishings?
