'The Great Boac Worldwide Photowalk of 2011' winning entry (untitled) by Rubenal "Ian" Rodas.This photo competes with more than 1,000 others that have been chosen as local photowalk winners worldwide. The first local photowalk in Boac, Marinduque was organized by Dan Pagulayan.
Grand Prize winner will be chosen by Scott Kelby. Kelby is a photographer, editor and publisher of Photoshop User and Layers magazines, designer, and the award-winning author of more than 40 books on digital photography.
The local photowalk appears to have spurred interest among local photography enthusiasts. The formation of a local camera club as an offshoot of this activity is now fast gaining support.
