Back in May 2009 Raymone Bain, Michael Jackson's former publicist, filed suit against the "king of pop". Bain claims that Jackson's estate owes her $44 million in back wages and profit sharing. Many tabloids have reported that Jackson's estate has refused Bain's claims and thus the suit has been lost. This is far from the truth according to Bain's Lawyer Willie E. Gary. Gary states that the suit is alive and well and the creditor claims are still pending in litigation in the Federal District Court.
