It's Marinduque Congressman Lord Allan Velasco's Birthday today, November 9th. The town of Buenavista also commemorates its 93rd founding anniversary with Velasco as special guest of honor.Last year, the legislator quietly celebrated his birthday in Brgy. Bagtingon, one of the towns poorest barangays by distributing gifts to indigent families. Tonight, Velasco hosts a reception at the Buenavista Covered Court for local officials, supporters and friends.
